### **Job Overview**:
FCB Wireless is seeking a skilled and experienced Repair Technician specializing in Apple products, including MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, as well as Android smartphones and tablets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of hardware and software issues across these devices. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering high-quality repairs while providing excellent customer service.

### **Key Responsibilities**:
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple devices (MacBooks, iPhones, iPads) and Android smartphones/tablets.
- Perform repairs such as screen replacements, battery replacements, data recovery, and software troubleshooting.
- Work with internal components, including motherboards, logic boards, and processors for advanced repairs.
- Provide customers with accurate repair quotes and maintain thorough repair documentation.
- Ensure all devices are repaired to the highest standards and thoroughly tested for functionality before returning to customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest devices, system updates, and common issues across both Apple and Android platforms.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including managing parts and tools inventory.
- Offer excellent customer service, explaining technical issues to customers in a clear and friendly manner.
- Adhere to company policies regarding warranty repairs and ensure compliance with all repair procedures.
- Stay current with training on the latest repair techniques, tools, and technologies.

### **Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in repairing Apple and Android devices.
- Certification in Apple repair (ACMT) or equivalent technical certification is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting across both platforms.
- Experience with screen replacements, battery replacements, logic board repairs, and data recovery.
- Proficiency with precision tools for working on delicate components.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to customers in simple terms.
- Ability to manage multiple repairs simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with data security protocols and handling sensitive customer information.
- Ability to lift and handle various devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.

### **Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in micro-soldering and advanced logic board repairs is a major plus.
- Knowledge of the latest iOS and Android updates and features.
- Previous experience in a certified Apple repair environment or independent repair shop is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
