Job Description:
A company is looking for a Systems Analyst (Remote) to bridge
the gap between business and technology needs.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and maintain business systems while
collaborating with stakeholders
Manage system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of
support issues
Participate in business portfolio management and maintain
documentation for applications
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Experience supporting business computer systems or similar
applications (2-10 years based on education)
Knowledge of relevant technology concepts such as relational
databases and cloud architectures
Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies,
preferably Agile
Ability to create diagrams, workflows, and user stories
