Job Description:
A company is looking for a NOC Technician III to provide
intermediate to advanced support for SD-WAN product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, monitor, and manage SD-WAN solutions for optimal
performance
Perform advanced troubleshooting of network issues within SD-WAN
architectures
Respond to escalated technical support requests and maintain
documentation of processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a
related field preferred
Minimum of three years of experience in a NOC or network support
role focused on SD-WAN technologies
Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting SD-WAN platforms
(e.g., VeloCloud, Versa, Palo Alto)
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP,
OSPF)
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE) are a plus
