We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Electrical Construction Estimator to lead a team in San Francisco, driving innovation and precision in high-value projects.Position Overview:As the Chief Electrical Construction Estimator, you will lead a team of 10 estimators, overseeing projects valued over $50M. With a focus on the healthcare and commercial construction sectors, you will ensure accurate and competitive bidding processes, guiding your team to success and maintaining our reputation for quality and reliability.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 estimators, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee the preparation of detailed electrical construction estimates for large-scale projects.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure alignment and accuracy in estimates.
• Implement best practices and innovative strategies to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the estimating process.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor market trends and adjust estimating strategies accordingly.
• Provide leadership and expertise in pre-construction meetings and negotiations.Qualifications:
• Minimum 15 years of experience leading electrical estimator teams, preferably in healthcare and commercial construction.
