Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst to
provide technical support and assistance to customers and
employees.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, and
chat
Log service desk interactions and escalate issues as necessary
Conduct follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction with
support provided
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's
degree in computer science or related field is a plus
Certifications such as HDI Support Center Analyst, ITIL Foundation,
and Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals
1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in
a service desk environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, focusing on
exceptional customer service
