A company is looking for a Partner Support Consultant to provide
consultation and support to real estate professionals and internal
business partners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to real estate professionals,
addressing technical issues and billing inquiries
Educate partners on products and services while anticipating their
needs
Resolve inquiries efficiently as subject matter experts on the
company's platform
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a contact center or customer-facing
role
Demonstrated track record of meeting performance targets
Experience managing high volumes of customer contacts through
various channels
Proven organizational and time management skills
Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
