through our innovative SaaS solutions. We are on a mission to
enhance workforce development and optimize processes for healthcare
providers across the US. Since we entered the US market in 2020,
more than 50 healthcare systems with more than 400 hospitals have
chosen Dossier as their Competency Management Platform.We are
seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to continue the growth of
Dossier's client base in your assigned region. This role requires a
results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the
healthcare landscape and experience in sales. You will be
responsible for building relationships with potential clients,
understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our solutions can
address their challenges.In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue
targets and expand Dossier's market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
and decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities and
leads within your territory.
- Engage in product demonstrations and presentations to
effectively convey the value of Dossier's solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and implementation teams to
ensure seamless transitions from sales to delivery.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance, adjusting
strategies as necessary to meet goals.Qualifications we're looking
for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related
field.
- 3+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry,
preferably selling SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its
challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal
skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing
your own schedule and priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales productivity tools.Skills
