Job Description:
As a Relyance AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you
will play a critical role in our success as you manage lead
generation, new business prospecting, and partner with our Sales
team to grow business across multiple industries and
geographies.*This role must be able to commute to the San Francisco
office (44 Montgomery Street) up to 2 days a week. *As a Sales
Development Representative, your role will include:
- Qualifying and generating leads through inbound and outbound
outreach activities.
- Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision
makers to assess buying interest.
- Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional
information through multiple communication channels.
- Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual
metrics.
- Providing in-depth information to the Sales team to enable the
most qualified and productive demos.
- Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and
generating updated email scripts.
- Keeping Salesforce accounts, contacts, and leads updated and
current.
- Documenting every prospect interaction in Salesforce, including
LinkedIn messages, phone calls, emails, etc.
- Following approved practices for outreach to prospective
customers.This role could be a fit for you if you bring:
- Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry.
- Experience generating sales opportunities with Enterprise
prospects.
- Have awareness of competitive offerings with respect to
competing products and services.
- Analytical and decision-making skills.
- Have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication
skills.
- Core remote characteristics including being self-motivated,
persistent, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the security or privacy space
