Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Customer Service and Workforce
Development Specialist to support employee relations and deliver
exceptional HR services.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries,
providing timely and professional customer service to employees
Resolve employee concerns related to workplace policies,
procedures, and interpersonal conflicts
Support the development and execution of HR strategies that promote
employee engagement and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development,
Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of experience in human resources, customer service, or
workforce relations
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency in HR Systems and Microsoft Office 365
Must be able to obtain a public trust or greater
